By using ChartMRR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version. Questions: hello@chartmrr.com.

What ChartMRR is (and isn’t)

ChartMRR provides informational charts, cohort and startup compare views, profiles, watches, milestones, and embeds based on verified revenue data from TrustMRR. ChartMRR is not a broker, escrow agent, exchange, or investment adviser. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell a business.

Data accuracy and rankings

Metrics originate from TrustMRR and from ChartMRR’s snapshot history. Rankings are among startups ChartMRR tracks — they can lag, omit peers, or change when ingest coverage improves. Milestones and “this week” stories depend on dated history; shallow history may mean empty boards rather than fabricated events.

You are responsible for independent diligence before any acquisition, investment, or other commercial decision. We do not warrant that any listing, rank, or milestone is complete, current, or error-free.

Accounts, watches, and email

Watching a startup with an email does not create a full user account, but you must provide an address you control. Do not watch on behalf of someone else without permission. Alert delivery depends on our email configuration and third-party providers; we do not guarantee every alert will arrive.

Acceptable use

• No scraping or automation that degrades service availability.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• No misuse of watch/alert systems for spam or harassment.
• Milestone embeds and share pages should remain attributable to ChartMRR; do not strip branding in a way that misrepresents the source.
• No unlawful use of the site or its content.

Affiliate and outbound links

Links to TrustMRR may include ChartMRR’s referral parameter. Third-party sites (including TrustMRR and Hopmembers) have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

ChartMRR’s design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. TrustMRR trademarks and startup brand assets belong to their respective owners. You may share milestone embeds and links in ordinary promotional use that does not imply false endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartMRR and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or reliance on rankings, milestones, or snapshots.
