What ChartMRR collects, why we collect it, and how to reach us about your data.

Overview

ChartMRR (“we”, “us”) provides verified-revenue charts, compare tools, profiles, watches, and milestones. We aim to collect only what we need to run and improve that product. This page explains the main categories of data. It is not legal advice for your jurisdiction.

Information we process

Product analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-M0G1XFGTYN) to understand traffic, popular pages, and technical issues. Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers subject to Google’s own terms and controls.

Watch and alert emails

If you watch a startup, you submit an email address tied to that startup slug. We store it to send confirmation and milestone/movement alerts. We do not sell watch emails. You can contact us to remove a watch or stop alerts.

If you subscribe via the footer Newsletter form, we store your email to send a weekly digest of movers and milestones (and a confirmation). Newsletter signup is separate from watching a startup — watching does not automatically subscribe you to the digest, and the reverse is also true. We sync the address to our email provider's contact list when configured. Email hello@chartmrr.com to unsubscribe.

Startup and marketplace data

Public metrics shown on ChartMRR are sourced from TrustMRR. We store snapshots (revenue fields, listing flags, categories, and related metadata) so we can chart history and compute ranks among tracked startups. That data is about businesses listed on TrustMRR, not a private dossier we invent.

Technical logs

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, user agents, and request logs as part of operating the site securely.

How we use information

Operate charts, compare, profiles, milestones, and embeds.
Send watch-related email when you opt in by watching a startup.
Send the weekly newsletter digest when you opt in via Newsletter.
Measure and improve product performance and reliability.
Prevent abuse, debug incidents, and maintain security.

Sharing

We use processors such as hosting, database, email delivery (when configured), and analytics vendors to run ChartMRR. We do not sell personal information. TrustMRR remains the upstream source for verified revenue; visiting TrustMRR is subject to TrustMRR’s own policies.

Retention

Snapshot history is kept so careers and milestones remain meaningful. Watch emails remain until you ask us to remove them or we purge inactive watches as part of normal operations. Newsletter emails remain until you ask to unsubscribe. Analytics retention follows our Google Analytics configuration.

Your choices

You can browse without watching. Browser controls and Google’s tools may limit analytics cookies. To delete a watch email or ask a privacy question, write to hello@chartmrr.com.

Children

ChartMRR is aimed at founders and business buyers. It is not directed at children under 16.
